Let the apps wait.
Choose the apps, categories and websites to quiet during a moment, or quiet them all. They come back when you do. Blocking uses Apple’s Screen Time, is free and optional, and Virama never reads your browsing history.
New in 1.1: a line and a photo from every moment
The people at your table. The book on your shelf. A little time to do nothing at all.
Make room for them with Virama.
Pause the phone. Be here.

What matters now?
A pause feels different when it has somewhere to go. Choose an intention—or make one your own.
A few of the things worth putting your phone down for.
A small gesture. A different moment.
Family, rest, reading. Or an intention of your own.
Open Virama and turn your phone over to begin, or tap to start. Stay until you’re done, or choose 15, 30 or 60 minutes. Your moment can wait on the Lock Screen as a Live Activity.
End your moment when you’re back. Keep one line and a photo if you like.
Choose what matters. Then turn your phone over.
Enough support to make a little space. Nothing that turns it into another thing to keep up with.

When a moment ends, add one line and a photo. Each moment gets its own page, so you can look back on the dinner, the chapter or the walk, not just the minutes.
Notice when you’re most present and how often your phone stayed down. Set a gentle hope for each week. A free weekly pattern shows last week at a glance. No rankings, no guilt.
A familiar time, a chosen intention and an optional reminder. Your first ritual is free. With Premium, keep up to eight and let them begin on their own, with your chosen apps blocked on time.
Your notes and photos gathered into monthly chapters, with your week in words, a letter each month and On this day. Monthly insights show what helps you stay. All put together on your device.
Keep backups in your own iCloud Drive, or on your device. Turn on a daily backup that keeps the newest seven, and restore everything on a new iPhone or iPad.

Premium is available monthly, yearly or as a one-time purchase, with prices shown in the app before you buy.
